Refund Policy

  • Please Do Not Send Your Purchase Back To The Manufacturer. We have a separate warehousing address that customer service will provide for you.

  • Please be aware once your item is shipped we cannot cancel it. You need to wait until you receive the item and then if you want, you will have to send it back for a refund.

    To Be Eligible For a Refund


  • ⦿ Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • ⦿ Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • ⦿ Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • ⦿ Shoes must be tried on indoors.

  • ⦿ Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

  • ⦿ Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • ⦿ If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

  • ⦿ To complete your return, we require a receipt for the item you sent back as well as a Customer Service Form stating the reason for the refund request and return.  

    Refunds (if applicable)


  • ⦿ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • ⦿ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for up to 7 days for your refund to be applied once we have confirmed you are eligible for a refund. 

    Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)


  • ⦿ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • ⦿ contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • ⦿ Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale Items (if applicable)


  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)


  • ⦿ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take note of all sizing charts before selecting size and color options. We do not exchange for wrong sizes. If damaged or defective, please send us an email at support@sexyleopard.com.

  • ⦿ You Will Be Responsible For Paying For Your Own Shipping Costs For Returning Your Item. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable. 

  • **Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Insurance On Returned Items


  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lux takes no responsibility for any item that is lost and not received due to postal issues regarding returns.
